3. AI-generated content
SocZap drafts answers using large language models. You are solely responsible for reviewing every generated answer before submitting it to a prospect, customer, auditor, or regulator. Do not rely on SocZap output as-is for any binding representation.
4. Reporting abuse
To report content or behavior that violates this AUP, email abuse@soczap.com. We investigate every report.
5. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion. Where reasonable we will give notice and an opportunity to cure. Suspension does not entitle you to a refund for the affected billing period.
